Live healthy, be happy,

“You are what you eat” is not just a saying. Every seven years you have a completely new body. All cells in your body are built with the food you eat.

A healthy diet therefore has a direct link with a healthy body. You will see how good you will feel. More energy and less trouble with good appetite. No reason to “fall back” in your old diet in the future.

Exercising, walking, cycling or fitness are all ways to stay healthy, but especially to keep your body and mind functioning properly. Active exercise for at least half an hour every day is therefore just as important as healthy food.

Choosing organic food is also choosing a better world.
If we want to live a healthy life, we need healthy food for that, but also clean air, water and therefore the environment. Nature is connected to humans and we cannot do without and therefore we must use it sparingly.

When you go for organic food, you automatically choose to protect the earth against many negative influences that go together with growing non-organic food.

Regular exercise makes your heart, muscles and mind healthier, and it doesn’t really matter what kind of sport you do. Recent research from McMaster University has shown that a set of three 20-second-long, powerful body movements can improve a person’s fitness by 20 percent in three months. But after a month you are well on your way.

6 grams. That is the recommended maximum of the amount of salt that you can eat per day. Yet many people are often far above that. In 2015, a survey was conducted among nearly 300 adults. Half of the men studied had a daily salt intake of 9.7 grams or more. For half of the women that was 7.4 grams or more.
